Creating a healthy relationship with food is an important part of being a parent. Forcing your child to eat and finish their plate is not building a positive experience with food.

You are so right, Michele! I had to clean my plate. I was so happy when I grew up and could not eat everything, so instepped the to go leftovers in cute foil shapes! I was officially a grown up!
