In conclusion, these are only some of the events that chipped away at the foundation of the relationship. What appeared to me as an abrupt ending was simply the culmination of a series of splitting events. Whether the incidents were imaginary or real, they elicited past trauma. This occurred until there was no turning back — the relationship could no longer be saved. I had become her biggest enemy.
