I have had my share of victories and setbacks. The only thing to do is to pull up your bootstraps and forge ahead! — (Or put on your big girl panties)
I paid for my house almost completely. I just had $5,000 to go. A relative had used his credit and the house was on it. It was going to be put in my name as soon as it was paid off.
Suddenly, he and his wife got a divorce, and though I only owed $5,000 more, he sold it out from under me.
He sold it to “an investor” who sold it back to me for the original price I had bought it for years ago. I had almost paid for it once, then I was back to square #1. — ✌ So I was starting over, paying for it a second time.✌ —
I have a countdown timers on my computer. I will pay it off (again) — October, 1- 2023. — 424 days from today.
