Highlights.

If someone reads your work and highlights, you will get an email. In your email, you will be notified if some highlighted something while reading your work. Example below.

I got this highlight in my email where Julius highlight.

So I right-clicked with my mouse Julius’s photo, clicked “open in a new tab” and read Julius’s stuff. Clap, highlight or comment, thus creating a connection.

Julius and I are now buddies on Facebook, and we help and support each other.
