Writers will come and go, but we have learned so so much! Stepping stones.

We are writers. We're continually honing our craft, right?

For some of us, Medium may be an excellent stepping stone, which allows us to massage our writing and learn how to make it more beautiful and powerful.

Some of us may be lifers, and that is beautiful as well.

The choice is ours. We will miss you if you leave. A couple of writers announce that they’re moving on.

We are a team. We are Medium Partners.

If it were a basketball team, and a player on our team got traded to another team. We would be sad to see him or her go, but we would be watching their games and reading about them and wishing them the best!

I only hope that they stay in touch.

We want to cheer them on! If they need ideas or advice, we will be right here to give them support as always!
