Time for a total makeover! ๐Ÿ’„Sometimes you just need to do ๐Ÿ’ˆ โ€” IT ALL!

Photo by the author โ€” My hair turned blond!

Still working on it! โ€” I did overdo it at first!

I WILL BE BUFF AND BADASS AGAIN! โ€” I really thought I would ditch the walker by May! ๐Ÿ‘‰ Maybe June.

โš–๏ธ So, I am learning to balance again! โ€” No biggy, right?

I have fallen a couple of times since the stroke, ( 5 years now) but I try not to now! I am getting close to ditching the walker, so no worries. Also, my bones are super strong from a lifetime of running, but folks freak out if I lose balance and fall. โ€” So I am always careful.

I may fall at some time during this process. โ€” No biggy!

A typical toddler may fall from 15โ€“20 times per hour depending on their skill level and age. As a matter of fact, falling is considered normal at this rate until after the age of 4.

Granted a toddler is pretty short and close to the ground!

I ainโ€™t tall by any means for sure! โ€” But I donโ€™t want folks to go ballistic if I take a spill! โ€” I will get up and go for it again like a 63-year-old toddler!
