Pulse LBGTQ tragedy π³οΈβπ 7 years later.
Living in Orlando, that day was a nightmare! So much beauty is gone.
I was living 38 miles from the club.
Every single time I drive past the club, I feel sad!
Seven years ago, I was completely in shock and devastated!
Yesterday was the 7-year anniversary. β I wanted to write about it yesterday, but I just couldnβt. β Even now, itβs hard to write this.
It was the local news all day yesterday.
Just remembering it, brought back so much sadness. Even now, I am forcing myself to write this! β So it will be brief.
The Pulse nightclub shooting was a tragedy that claimed the lives of 49 people. β Pure insanity!

The shooter, Omar Mateen, was a 29-year-old American-born Muslim who pledged allegiance to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) during a 3-hour standoff with police.
