…e for everyone. If you wish to be part of the partner program, then you must be a member of Medium. If Medium accepts PayPal as a payment method for joining the membership program, and lots of readers from Africa, Asia, and some parts of the world are members, then why can’t Medium give these members access and the option to be a partner? Using PayPal will make everyone on Medium a member and a partner at the same time. It is a win-win game.

Paypal doesn't re port to the government. Stripe does I am on SS cuz I am disabled. SS pays me $740 a month and if I make over $84 bucks on Medium, ss takes half. 50% I had a stroke and can hardly talk or walk. I use a walker. But I am a writing maniac.
