What is the 30-day no-spend challenge? β€” It’s flippin' cool!

A 30-day no-spend challenge is a set period of time β€” 30 days, in this case β€” during which you can only spend money on absolute necessities. Allowed expenses include utility bills, rent, transportation costs, and groceries. Anything that falls outside the necessity bucket is banned for the 30-day duration.

What is the no-spend challenge? It’s all about becoming aware.

It’s a great thing to keep ourselves in check with our spending!

They are both disabled because they are morbidly obese and their income comes from a non-profit. A non-profit is required by law to give 5% to the cause. In one week these 2 people spent $2,500 on food and shit. πŸ€πŸ”πŸ—πŸ©πŸ΄πŸ‘πŸ₯©πŸ–πŸ¦ͺ Again, I was shocked!

I🧑 love the no-spend challenge!
