Let’s start with a 100% read ratio.
I read 100% of each article, story, or poem. I am just making sure that when you check your stats and glance at your average read ratio, makes you smile.

So, for me, it’s a must! In college, a professor said on Friday, “Read chapters 1 through 3 by Monday.” In high school, chapters were pretty short. Chapters were like 10 to 15 or so, pages in a history book.

I got my FLIPPING ASS KICKED! I loved political science in college, but each chapter was like 100 pages. 3 chapters took the entire weekend, and I had a toddler!
What exactly is the Read Ratio on Medium?
The Read Ratio, found on the Stats page, is the percentage of those viewing an article who actually read it. It’s the relationship between “Views” and “Reads.” Here’s an example from my most recent stats page.
