Rants are such a BLAST, so here’s one of mine! Sorry. I’m human.

OK, some of you may know that I write about a $500 a month Medium income and I include stats and Medium emails, because I am truly trying to reach out and encourage writers with facts.

When I started writing on Medium, my son had been writing here for a long time. So I knew, without bullshit, that it could be done.

So I put the pedal to the metal and forged ahead full speed. My son just gave me a few tips, like the 50-clap thing, but not too much more.

As for my son and me, our writing styles are way different! His is just brilliant and mine is kinda plain. Sometimes plain can be really fun too.

I feel that I kinda got a leg up from him! Just the fact that I knew it actually could be done. So I paid it forward!
