Which I never used, until NOW! โ What was I thinking? I have a treadmill, so if a story is 4 minutes or more, on go the headphones and I walk!
โฑ Why 4 minutes or more?
Because I donโt want to keep starting and stopping. โSome of you may live where itโs cold, so a treadmill is a great way to stay fit in the winter!๐ I live in Florida so itโs good on sweltering days!
It can be a treadmill or a stationary bike or whatever!
I snagged my treadmill for $60 at Goodwill! ๐๏ธโโ๏ธI am personally, learning to walk again and I want to get fit!
They do sell workout affordable workout stuff everywhere!
