OK. Is your life so bad? If you are reading this on a computer it could be worse. Let’s just get some perspective.
Life has it’s ups and downs for everyone. But really what is going right in your life? Take a second and really THINK. What are you grateful for?
I had a friend stop by my house the other night. This person was homeless and just had gotten out of jail because of addiction.
In my life I have let many people live in my home. I fed them and whatever. We had fun.
As for the guy who stopped by, we let him stay for the night but we were nervous about the virus. He left our home and two days later our phone rang. Our friend was found dead of an overdose. He was an amazing artist and we were going to help him sell his art online.
Sadly, because of covid we cannot help others like we want to. Unfortunately some people who have stolen items from our house and pawned them for drugs. It makes you feel violated. (I personally, had no interest in drugs. I did drink alcohol.)
Just two nights ago, someone came to our door because his car was broke down near our house. He asked to borrow our hammer. This has happened many times and…
