Eat a healthy diet.

Same ole bull-crap....Eating a healthy diet can help to regulate hormones. Make sure to eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

Exercise regularly.

Exercise is another great way to regulate hormones. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week.

Get enough sleep. When you're well-rested, your body is better able to regulate hormones. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night.

Manage stress. Stress can affect hormones. Find healthy ways to manage stress, such as yoga, meditation, or spending time in nature.
