It happened to me. Thumb, Binkie and all. You were fine. Some pub even made me an editor. I was worried so I never did it. My cranky editor was most likely a newbie, deer in headlights syndrome. I contacted my previous editor and he pushed it through. I was kinda steamed. You did perfect!
