If you smoke weed every day, well it may be. But, if you smoke weed every day, you may not care. If you want to find out if it is affecting your life, just take a week off. It’s just a week. No biggie, right? It’s not gonna kill you, I promise.

A short weed fast.

Just so you really know if you are addicted or not. Aren’t you curious how you would feel? There have been studies. While marijuana is one of the most commonly used drugs in the United States, the question remains: Is marijuana addictive?

The answer is yes, it can be.

However, that doesn’t mean everyone who uses the substance will become addicted. While most people who use marijuana don’t develop an addiction, this doesn’t mean that it never happens. Some people will exhibit many of the behaviors that are commonly associated with addiction.

Marijuana use disorder is a condition.

It results from chronic cannabis use. It is defined as resulting from either dependence or abuse of marijuana.

Some people did the challenge and quit for a week. They all felt some discomfort at first, but at the end of the week, most of them were surprised at how different they felt. Higher energy, more focus, and drive.

They didn’t want to quit forever but decide that they too only smoke occasionally. They realized they didn’t need to smoke weed every day. Weed had become a hindrance, and they had no clue. The week off was freeing for them.
