Ginkgo Biloba for memory. It’s made from a plant. I bought some Ginkgo and love it! 🧠 IT REALLY WORKS!

I bought some Ginkgo Biloba and love it! I just had to know!

I was watching the news and an ad came on for Prevagen that is supposed to help your memory. The commercial keeps coming. They got me.

So I googled it. 30 pills of regular strength were $30. Then I saw Extra Strength Prevagen and 60 pills were $99. Pricey for me.

Budget girl me, with my fav weapon, Google, safely stored in my holster I whipped it out and was ready to rumble.

So the claim-to-fame ingredient is jellyfish. They do say no jellyfish are harmed.

The “Jellyfish” miracle ingredient is Apoaequorin — the active ingredient in Prevagen® — which is a calcium-binding protein touted to have brain-boosting abilities. Apoaequorin is naturally found in jellyfish, but the company synthesizes apoaequorin and points out that jellyfish are unharmed in the making of Prevagen®.

As it turns out, jellyfish of any kind actually do not help your memory.
