December 1989. (✿◠‿◠) Candice Bergen was on the cover. Crazy, right?
Candice was famous for her TV show, Murphy Brown. I was SO NOT FAMOUS for doing “B” movies but wanted me In the magazine, of course, NAKED.
I was a single mom of 2 boys and for two days of work, they were paying me $4000!
I am kinda shy, not a naked kinda gal, but one naked photo for $4000, I was in! It was back-to-school time, and that would pay some bills and buy back-to-school clothes and supplies.
Anyways, yes, it’s true. I got butt naked.
Do you ever wonder what happened to these ladies WHO TAKE THEIR CLOTHES OFF FOR A PHOTOGRAPH? One of them was me., and well, this one ended up writing on Medium.
This was for the section in the magazine called “The Women of…” There were many. The Women of Washington, The Women of Hooters, and even The Women of Walmart!
