I have nothing to clean up today. It was a full time job. It's strange, but I you know what I'm talking about. I called him at the crisi center. He "knows now, he needs his meds" His flight of ideas won't trick me any more. I am just glad he is safe. I now have to work through the letting go part.I can't help him any more.
