I feel ya Ella! One time Medium SHUT ME DOWN. I was a newbie and clueless and still in a BIT OF A FOG from my stroke. I figured out after a cople days how to gontact Medium support. (My brain fog back then was so thick. Now my brain is sharp) They turned me back on. 👉 It was a bot error.
