Great read, Charles. My 110 year old say it's his Listerine a couple times a day! I do the Listerine, but I am getting some Ovaltine. My fedheaded granma who I totally look like, smoked 5 packs of cigs a day till her 60s but lived to 92. I think genes are a big part!
