Mike Judge did it. It was 100% all his fault. Bad bad bad Mike. He created Bevis and Butthead and did the voices. He is now scraping by with $75 Million.

A spark of what was to come! Who is Mike Judge?
Michael Craig Judge also known as Mike Judge is an American animator, actor, voice actor, writer, director, and producer.
This was not his goal at first. Being a science graduate, he began his career as a programmer but soon ventured into the field of music as a bass player.
Brainiac dude! What happened? He changed course.
His interest in animation grew after a few years and he started creating short animated films to share with production companies.
Then came his first major project was ‘Beavis and Butt-head.
Wouldn’t you like to take a ride in his brain? Like Disney ride. Maybe “It’s a Small World” or “ Pirates of the Caribbean.”
