It happened to me twice in 2021!

I was brand new and I was stunned and baffled! I didn’t know anyone to ask or email back then. I had no idea how to contact support. I just seized up. I was baffled and lost!

Eventually, I figured out how to contact Medium support.

It was a chore all by itself. I was still in a bit of a after stroke brain fog.

So to make it easier I keep the link handy. — So here it is for you. (BELOW)

I save it in an email so I just search my email for Medium support, and it pops right up. — https://help.medium.com/hc/en-us

It confused me at first, so if you like, you can save the below steps to get to the correct place right away.

1. Go to this link.👉 Medium Support.👈
2. In the right-hand corner click 👉Submit a request.
3. Then click 👉“I’m having a problem with my Medium account.”
4. Then click 👉” I have another problem with my account,”
